Introduction

Gear operated through conduit gate valves are widely used for the pipeline or station or device which don't need actuators and have no operation time limitation, but cannot be operated by hand, so we fitted with gear to save labour. We can select bevel gearbox or spur gearbox based on valve operation torque and requirement of project.

Features of Gear Gperated Through Conduit Gate Valves

1. Through conduit gate valve has triple sealing protection measures, its superior performance is mainly used for city gas pipeline, natural gas pipeline, valve seat and packing use sealing grease, play the role of emergency sealing and lubrication. This gate valve products are characterized by simple structure, reliable sealing, small switching torque, long service life and the ability to clean dirt in the chamber. The valve is equipped with a release valve to let off the remaining gas in the pipeline during maintenance.

The seat insert is filled with high-strength carbon fiber material with PTFE, and the tensile strength of the material is as high as 30MPa, which ensures that the sealing ring will not deform or collapse under the full pressure difference of the valve, and the sealing surface of the valve seat will maintain a long-term stable state and achieve effective sealing during the lifetime.

4. Anti-static structure：The internal parts of the valve such as the seats, body and slab gate are all connected by metal parts (there is a spring conduction between the seats and the body, and the gate is conducted through the stem, stem nut, worm gear, yoke, bonnet and body) can prevent the danger of static electricity accumulation.
